When I look back on projects, such as this one, that required us to operate outside of our normal manufacturing process it reminds me of the challenges we had to overcome to make it all work. Creating this lampshade inside of our loading dock because it was too large for our freight elevator was not a walk in the park. Our amazing team stepped up to the plate and it motivates me to continue to challenge what we believe our limits are!
